“The Who” has announced their North American tour that will also hit some parts of the United Kingdom. The Who have announced their tour after nearly three years of silence. Their last time wound up before schedule due to the vocal problems of Roger Daltrey in 2019, and it could be scheduled in 2020 because of the global pandemic and lockdown. Now the big boys are back, and they have named their upcoming tour “The Who Hits Back!”.

The tour was announced on their social media platforms and on their official website on 7th February 2022. The fans are excited to see their favourite stars performing once again.

The tour consists of all the band members, including Simon Townshend (guitarist and backup singer), Loren Gold (Keyboard player), Emily Marshall (keyboard player), Jon Button (Bass Player), Zak Starkey (drummer), Billy Nicholls (vocals), Keith Levenson (orchestra conductor ), Katie Jacoby (Violinist), Audrey Snyder (cellist) and not to forget the main guns Roger Daltrey and Pete Townshend.

The Songs

The playlist for the tour is not yet announced, but there are some guesses about what songs could be played in their upcoming tour. The tour was initially scheduled in 2019 but was postponed. It was expected to promote their last album, Endless Wire. Therefore there are high chances that they will entertain their fans with these songs. The songs include fragments, a man in a purple dress, mike post theme, in the ether, black widow’s eyes, two thousand years, God speaks, of Marty robbins, it’s not enough, you stand by me, good round, pick up the peace, unholy trinity, trilby’s piano, endless wire, fragments of fragments, we got a hit, they make my dream come true, mirror door, tea & theater, and many other songs. 


The Start And End

The tour will start on 22nd April in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. And will go through all the cities they could not perform in their last outing. The tour will end in Toronto , on 2nd October 2022.

The Tickets
